Hope you are all enjoying your weekend, I know I am. I did not have to work this weekend and that alone makes me happy :) I actually even slept in today (OMG, until like 7.15), but it feels so different when you know it's your day and you can do whatever you want to do. he-he-he
Dear hubby and I went grocery shopping today and of course I just had to stop by Jo-Ann's! They have a special on their paper 5 for 95 cents, so I just had to get some. The best part is that you can get double sided card stock and core-dination card stock too (those are awesome).
I can't wait to play with my new paper tomorrow. I really need to work on my Halloween cards (since I've been slacking).
Today I have a sweet and simple card that I made specially for my friend Rebecca. She just announced that she and her hubby are expecting a baby!!! Becca, congrats!! She totally loves brown and pink combo, so I knew I had to use it. I will make more cards for her and her hubby in the future, but this one is for her only :)
Here it is:
I used several different shades of darker pink and sweet Anya stamp from the Greeting Farm. "Congratulations" is actually a clear sticker and the ribbon came from the set (the ones you buy for $1 at Target).
Happy crafting and enjoy your weekend!
