I used one cuttlebug folder and cut it up in small pieces. Layered them on purple card stock (used two different shades).I used different purple and gray markers to color the bird and then layered it on scalloped oval cut out of textured vellum (I thought it would be better for such a busy card since it's more transparent)
And for the sign I used the same cuttlebug folder, but I flipped it on the other side. I could not decide what do do around the sign, and then thought of bows :) So I ran one piece of ribbon under the sign and the other inside of the card. This way I got two ends of ribbon on each side of the sign, and then tied them together
