I made this one for my hubby's parents...
The image is a digi stamp - Ava from InStyleStamps, but unfortunately they had to discontinue her, so she came to live in my house :)She originally had 4 balloons, but I erased one to make room for "USA"
I also used glossy accents for her eyes and stickles for her wings. Thank you for stopping by today and leaving me your feedback - I always love to hear from you!
