Layering and embossing...

Ok, I always wanted to try this technique where the swirls go on to another layer with a sentiment. So when I had to make a card for another co-worker's birthday - I figured I'd give it a try... So here goes:

Please click on the image to enlarge to see the beautiful birdies and whole lot of sparkle :)
And here is a side view of the card...
I'm going to use this card for following challenges:
Crazy4Challenges - to use bling! Oh yeah, check out my stickles :)
CrazyChallenge - not to use any ribbon or buttons
Scrap and Stamp Saturday - to use embossing
Crazy 4 Challenges - to use bling
Thank you for stopping by today. I really appreciate you visiting with me!
Hugs!

  9. This is STUNNING! Love the way the image crosses two panels, and then it is embossed. This is over the top pretty. The sparkle is so nice too. One of the loveliest cards I've seen in quite a while.
